1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Prior authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item. Requests made beyond 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes grooming tools, pet beds, toys, harnesses, and similar personal-use items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact support@pawsycarestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization code (RMA). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged products. In all other cases, a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
